Begin Your Mortgage Application
Let us help you get ahead in this busy market! Before you begin, there are a few things you need to know.
Note: There is a shortlist of homes available in our market. Submitting all of your documentation upfront will make the application process shorter and you can get out to market faster.
1. Before starting your Quick Application, we recommend you gather the following documents:
• Drivers license for all applicants,
• Most recent pay stub(s),
• 2019/2020 T4s,
• Property Tax Notices & Mortgage Statements for any properties you already own.
2. You will start your Quick Application which will collect your personal information such as your name and contact information, through our secure application portal.
3. After completing your Quick Application, you will receive an email to confirm your account with us. We will also send you a consent form to sign separately.
Once your application has been submitted, I will call you to review details and answer any questions. Review our Privacy Policy. Rest assured, I work hard to protect your personal information during the signup process.
